Social Policy

The Social policy programme develops knowledge and skills of diagnosing, preventing and solving social problems. It enables students to acquire a high level of competences needed to perform professional roles and tasks in the field of social policy. What distinguishes Social policy is that students gain a reliable and broad knowledge of several disciplines, and the opportunity to develop social competences valued in the labour market.
The programme offers two specializations: Social-services finance and management, and Social communication.
Graduates are also prepared to work as:
- specialists shaping the information policy and communication strategy of companies, offices and social institutions,
- press officers,
- negotiators in social conflicts,
- specialists in the fields of corporate social responsibility and public relations.
